Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mr. Shah. By accessing our services (Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and AI Consulting), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

​1. Service Agreement

• ​All project requirements must be discussed and finalized in writing before the start of the work.
• ​Any changes to the original scope of work after the project has started may result in additional charges.

​2. Intellectual Property

• ​Client Ownership: Once full payment is received, the final designs or content created specifically for the client will belong to the client.
• ​Designer Rights: Mr. Shah retains the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios, social media, or case studies for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

​3. Payment Terms

• ​A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project.
• ​The remaining balance must be paid upon approval of the final draft before the unwatermarked files or login access is handed over.
• ​Payments are non-refundable once the design or strategy process has reached the execution stage.

​4. Revisions & Feedback

• ​For Graphic Design, up to + 92 322 3480495 3 revisions are included in the standard package.
• ​Feedback must be provided within 48 hours to ensure timely delivery.

​5. AI-Generated Content

• ​While we use the latest AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency, Mr. Shah does not guarantee 100% uniqueness of AI-generated patterns if the platform's algorithms produce similar results elsewhere. We do, however, add a "Human Touch" to make every design stand out.

​6. Limitation of Liability

• ​Mr. Shah is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or account suspension on social media platforms due to algorithm changes or third-party policy updates after the services have been delivered.

​7. Termination

• ​Either party may terminate the agreement with +92 322 3480495 7 days' notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations.
