Welcome to Mr. Shah. By accessing our services (Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and AI Consulting), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
01 Service Agreement
All project requirements must be discussed and finalized in writing before the start of the work. Any changes to the original scope after the project has started may result in additional charges.
02 Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Once full payment is received, the final designs belong to the client.
Designer Rights: Mr. Shah retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless an NDA is signed.
03 Payment Terms
A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project. Remaining balance must be paid upon approval. Payments are non-refundable once execution starts.
04 Revisions & Feedback
Up to 3 revisions are included. Feedback must be provided within 48 hours to ensure timely delivery.
05 AI-Generated Content
We use AI to enhance efficiency but add a "Human Touch" to make every design stand out. We do not guarantee 100% algorithm uniqueness for raw AI patterns.
06 Limitation of Liability
Mr. Shah is not responsible for loss of revenue or account suspension due to platform algorithm changes after service delivery.
