Lesson 2 Humanize AI

Lesson 2 Humanize AI

Lesson 2: The Soul in the Machine — How to Humanize AI Content Like a Pro

In Lesson 1, we mastered the C.T.C. Framework to get high-quality outputs from AI. But here is the hard truth: no matter how good your prompt is, AI-generated text often feels cold, sterile, and "too perfect."

In 2026, where everyone is using AI, the only way to stand out is through Human Connection. If your audience feels like they are reading a manual or talking to a robot, they will stop trusting your brand. Today, I am going to show you how to inject "life" into AI words.

1. The Problem: The "AI-Ghost" in Your Writing

AI (like ChatGPT or Gemini) is a statistical engine. It predicts the next word based on patterns, not feelings. This results in:

  • Repetitive Sentence Structures: Every sentence starts the same way.

  • Corporate Jargon: Using "fancy" words that real people never use in daily life.

  • Lack of Opinion: AI is designed to be neutral, but humans love strong opinions and unique perspectives.

To build the Mr. Shah brand, we don't just want information; we want Influence.

2. The "Kitchen Table" Test

The most effective way to humanize your content is what I call the Kitchen Table Test. Before you publish any AI draft, read it out loud. Ask yourself: "Would I say this to a friend while sitting at a kitchen table over a cup of tea?" * AI Version: "Utilize these innovative strategies to optimize your digital presence." (Nobody talks like this!)

  • Human Version: "Use these simple tricks to make your brand look much more professional online."

Rule of Thumb: Write like you speak. If it sounds too formal, break the rules. Use contractions (like "don't" instead of "do not") and keep it conversational.

3. The "Personal Spice" (Adding Your Story)

AI knows facts, but it doesn't know your journey. To make a post truly yours, you must add a personal element.

  • Mention a Struggle: "When I first started learning Graphic Design in Jamshoro, I struggled for hours with one logo..."

  • Share a "Why": "I’m writing this because I want our local creators to lead the AI revolution, not just follow it."

Adding even one sentence about your personal experience makes the content 100% unique and impossible for others to copy.

4. The "Executioner’s List": Words to Delete Immediately

AI has "favorite" words that act as red flags. If you see these in your text, delete them and replace them with simpler alternatives:

  • Delete: Delve, Unleash, Tapestry, Invaluable, Transformative, Comprehensive.

  • Use instead: Look into, Start, Story, Helpful, Great, Complete.

By removing these "AI-isms," you instantly make your writing sound more authentic.

5. Break the Walls (Formatting for Humans)

Humans hate "Walls of Text." We are scanners. To keep people reading:

  • One-Sentence Paragraphs: Use them for impact. Like this.

  • Sentence Fragments: It’s okay to be grammatically "imperfect" if it adds rhythm.

  • White Space: Let your text breathe. It makes the reading experience effortless.

Conclusion: Your Voice, Amplified

AI is your pen, but you are the writer. Never let the machine take the lead. Use it to generate ideas, but use your heart to finish the story. When your content feels human, your engagement will skyrocket because people connect with people, not algorithms.

Homework for Lesson 2: Take an old AI draft you have. Apply the "Kitchen Table Test," remove 3 "fancy" words, and add one personal sentence. You will be amazed at the transformation!
